 Profile Introduction

Zhou Zhanjie, male, of Han ethnicity, was born in June 1977. He has a postgraduate on-the-job education and holds a master's degree. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as a Standing Committee Member of the Huludao City Committee and the Deputy Mayor, as well as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the city government.

Work Responsibilities

He is responsible for the routine work of the city government, covering areas such as development and reform, finance and taxation, business environment, financial services, emergency management, state-owned assets and enterprise management, statistics, transformation of Nanpiao, and petition stability. He assists the Party Group Secretary in fulfilling party-building responsibilities and is responsible for party building, integrity building, and business environment construction in his departments. He oversees environmental protection, production safety, petition and stability, and pandemic prevention and control in his sectors. He manages the Municipal Development and Reform Commission (including the Grain and Material Reserve Bureau, the Energy Bureau, and the National Defense Mobilization Office〈People's Air Defense Office〉), the Finance Bureau, the Business Environment Construction Bureau, the Financial Development Bureau, the Emergency Management Bureau (including the Fire Brigade), the Municipal Government's State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Statistics Bureau, the Petition Bureau, the Public Resource Trading Center, and the Huludao Bank. He supervises the Huludao Economic Development Zone and the Huludao High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. He assists the Mayor in managing the Municipal Government Office and the Audit Bureau. He aids the Mayor in coordinating work among the Deputy Mayors. He liaises with the Municipal People's Congress, the Municipal Political Consultative Conference, the Huludao Military Division, the General Labor Union, the Communist Youth League, the Women's Federation, various democratic parties, the Care-for-the-Next-Generation Committee, the State Administration of Taxation Huludao City Tax Bureau, the National Bureau of Statistics Huludao Survey Team, the People's Bank of China Huludao City Branch, the National Financial Supervision Administration Huludao Supervision Branch, and the financial institutions in Huludao. He also undertakes temporary tasks assigned by the Mayor.
