Starting July, our city will launch the "Double Hundred Days" special action of 2023 "Revitalization, Future" employment service in order to promote the employment of college graduates and other youth groups.

This special action will include two stages. The first stage is from July to mid October, focusing on providing employment services to recent graduates that have yet to enter the workforce, in order to ensure continuous workflow and delivery of services. The second stage will start from the return of 2024 graduating students to school in early September until the end of the year, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will deploy and promote policies and positions in advance, in order to facilitate the early employment of graduates in 2024.

The special action aims to ensure that the tracking and follow-up rate of real name registration for college graduates who have left school but remain unemployed, as well as the employment service rate, reach 100% through a series of specific actions such as policy supply and service implementation; 100% full employment for graduates from poor families, attracting more youth groups such as college graduates to stay in or come to Huludao and provide talent and intellectual support for the comprehensive revitalization and new breakthroughs of our city.

During this special action period, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will organize and implement 16 specific activities, including: an action to improve the quality of youth employment services, an action to contact universities for pairing employment services, an action to provide real name assistance for unemployed graduates, an action to provide basic assistance for graduates from poor families, an action to implement employment policy measures, the "Just for You" special recruitment action, the "Heart for Liaoning, Love for Hometown" summer service activity, key enterprise major project visitation action, public sector job stabilization and expansion action, multi-channel flexible employment support action, entrepreneurship support service action, 10 public employment services "Entering Campus, Community, and Rural Areas" action, youth vocational skills improvement action, employment rights protection action, market-oriented employment support action for college graduates and other young people, employment promotion and guidance action, etc.

Our city will make every effort to expand employment channels for graduates, maximize the stability and expansion of employment opportunities, enhance the employment competitiveness of new graduates and unemployed youth, help more young talents who are interested in entrepreneurship obtain funding, markets and platform integration support, encourage and guide graduates to practice market-oriented employment, and work in small and medium-sized enterprises or practice grassroots front line entrepreneurship, attracting more young talents to stay in Huludao, return to Huludao, come to Huludao.
